Regena Anderson, Co-Founder & COO

Regena is the COO and co-founder of Synchrony Systems.

She manages the company’s operations and procedures and is responsible for the efficiency of the business. Regena oversees operations, HR, and accounting, including contract negotiation and management. She also collaborates with the CEO and other sr. executives in setting and driving the organizational vision and strategy.

Regena is active in the company’s business development, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners, and advisors.
